How to live a healthy life style?

To live a healthy life style you have to be eating healthy, managing your weight, and exercising.Eating healthy means you have to eat veggies and all other healthy stuffs.To manage your weight that means you have to watch what you are eating and do a little bit of weight lifting.The last thing to do for live a healthy life style is exercising.Exercising means to do push up,sit up,pull ups,and alot of jogging.

An active listener is a person that hears what the other person are saying but can't really hear what they are saying.That means they can hear them talking but can't understand what they are saying.

The definition of reliable is someone who is dependable on acuracy,acheivement and honesty.That means someone who is trustworthiness like someone you trust and don't lie to you.Another one is someone who does their work everyday and have good grades.Reliable means you need someone you can trust,get good grades and always listen.

The biggetst CONFLICT in my life.

The biggest conflict in my life is me and my second oldest brother because we always have a fight. We can solve it by not stealing from each other and stop the fighting.And another reason how we can stop it is letting my dad get into it.The reason why my dad should get into it is because he can give us lickens or ground us.

how was my thanksgiving

My thanksgiving was good because we had the family like my papa , tutu, mom , dad aunty , cousins ,and uncles.The good thing was we all had a good time because they was singing karaoke and playing all kind games like the wii and the ps3.This thanksgiving was like the second best thanksgiving to me.The reason why is we had only little bit people for this thanksgiving.

The things that i am looking for next quarter is many things like bring up my grades,get an c or higher,come to class early,and always do my work.
